CNC MACHINIST

​

Applicant must have prior experience operating CNC machines. 

​

Experience with CAD drawings and G-Code and cut-path/step files preferred. 

 

Use measuring devices and techniques correctly to assure exact sizing and proper tolerance on critical fits. 

 

Perform CNC operations to create new parts. 

 

Have a strong mechanical aptitude, and be a team player with a great attitude. 

 

Must enjoy working with others, be a team player, be willing to serve co-workers of all positions and personalities. 

 

Must have the ability to work safely in machine shop environments. 

​

We work an alternating 4x10 schedule, so you have every Saturday & Sunday off, as well as every other Friday & Monday off.  Full benefits package including 401K.

MANUAL MACHINIST

​

Experienced machinists preferred. 

 

Applicant must be able to:

 

*operate hand tools, lathes and mills to manufacture and repair mechanical assemblies. 

 

*Use measuring devices and techniques correctly to assure exact sizing and proper tolerance on critical fits. 

 

*Perform milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring and conventional milling & lathe work. 

 

*Have a strong mechanical aptitude, and be a team player with a great attitude. 

 

*Must enjoy working with others, be a team player, be willing to serve co-workers of all positions and personalities. 

 

*Must have the ability to work safely in machine shop environments. 

MOTOR TECH.jpg

MOTOR TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC

​

Candidates must be able to handle many tasks in a short amount of time, and be able to adjust their schedule throughout the day as assigned.

​

Transportation to and from work is required.  Ability to work occasional overtime as called upon. 

 

Assemble and disassemble electrical pumps and motors, operate cranes and forklifts, parts cleaning, painting and preparation.  Use of basic hand tools, as well as specialty tools.  High attention to detail, cleanliness, safety & organization.

 

A team player with a great attitude is a must.  Capability to lift over 50 pounds.  Work with live electricity on both low and high voltage test equipment.  Stand and walk on shop floor for long periods of time.  Electrical experience is an advantage but not required.

ENTRY LEVEL TECH

Candidates must be able to perform assemblies, parts cleaning, painting and preparation. 

 

Use basic tools and maintain strong attention to detail.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

​

Tram Electric is searching for a team member to perform facility maintenance and custodial duties. This is a full-time position in an industrial fabrication environment, candidates must be able to handle many tasks in a short amount of time, and be able to adjust their schedule throughout the day as assigned.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Repair and maintain facility tools, machines, furniture, and equipment.

  • Snow removal and grounds maintenance tasks.

  • Maintain surveillance systems.

  • Routine shop and equipment inspections.

  • Personal safety, learning, and training.

  • Work from heights and routinely lift over 50 pounds.

  • Efficiently make needed repairs to get production back online.

  • Occasional call-outs.

  • Repair & maintain forklifts, cranes, vehicles, HVAC, and trailers.

  • Other facility & equipment maintenance duties as assigned.

  • Perform cleaning, sweep, mop, vacuum and buffing procedures to maintain floors.

  • Grounds maintenance duties.​
